In Los Angeles, the blending of hundreds of cultures which call our fair city their home is the blood coursing through the veins of our art. Two shows are opening at Avenue 50 Studio in Highland Park on Saturday which reinforce that idea. “Algunaparte,” showing paintings in the Main Gallery, will display works by Sergio Teran and Phung Huynh. Teran and Huynh are two local Los Angeles artists whose work examines multiculturalism and reality with in today’s American Landscape.

These shows will open at  Avenue 50 Gallery at 131 Avenue 50 in Los Angeles on Saturday August 9 with a reception from 7:00 to 10:00 p.m.
