Sunday, September 29, 2019, join us for the second Open House on 7th Street! From noon to 6pm, businesses and organizations located on (or near) 7th Street in the DTLA Arts District will be holding special events and offering discounts. Check the list below for details. Cartwheel Art and ICA LA organized the Open House to encourage people to explore what this area of the Arts District has to offer.

Meet in front of Bread Lounge (700 St. Santa Fe Ave)
At 1pm, join Cartwheel Art founder Cindy Schwarzstein for a guided walking tour of the neighborhood on and around 7th Street in the Downtown Los Angeles Arts District. Explore the public art and murals, and hear about the past, present, and future of this dynamic neighborhood. FREE with Eventbrite RSVP!

On Sunday, September 29, ICA LA will celebrate the opening of two fall exhibitions, “No Wrong Holes: Thirty Years of Nayland Blake,” and “Sadie Barnette: The New Eagle Creek Saloon,” as well as the store launch of Play Days: Wrong Edition. At 2pm, they’ll be hosting a conversation between artist Nayland Blake and curator Jamillah James, followed by a reception with music and refreshments from 3-6pm.

On Sunday, September 29, from noon to 6pm, Guerrilla Tacos will offer a special neighborhood discount (15%) to anyone who mentions the Open House on 7th Street. Note: They will be serving exclusively from their brunch menu from 11am-3pm, followed by a food reset between 3-4pm. The regular menu will be available starting at 4pm. Guerrilla Tacos will also have their private dining room open for people to check out during the open house. They will be playing music and giving away one $5 Guerrilla Tacos token to any guest who stops by.
