Join Cartwheel Art Tours x Women Who Whiskey – Los Angeles Chapter, on Sunday November 19th for a pre-Thanksgiving Art of Whiskey tour with The Neon Queen & Bulleit Frontier Whiskey. If you have holiday guests coming in from out of town, this is the ultimate DTLA tour!
We’ll meet at the iconic Grand Central Market, which is celebrating its 100 year anniversary! There, “Neon Queen” Lisa Schulte will talk about her fantastic neon mural, which was commissioned by Bulleit Frontier Whiskey.
Afterwards, Cindy Schwarzstein, founder of Cartwheel Art Tours, will lead us south to explore murals and street art, as well as classic downtown L.A. architecture.
We’ll enjoy a Bulleit cocktail in the intimate, upstairs tasting room at Kai Japanese Roots in the Spring Arcade Building; Bulleit Frontiersman and Whiskey Cultural Ambassador Kyle Mchugh is flying down from San Francisco to lead us through a tasting of four Bulleit expressions: Bulleit Bourbon, Bulleit Rye, Bulleit Bourbon 10 year old and Bulleit Bourbon Barrel Strength.
Light bites will be available for purchase from the Kai Japanese Roots Happy Hour menu.
