“Common Tread” will feature the work of contemporary artists who employ themes of location and memory to produce an experiential evaluation of American “road” travel.  Curators Martha Lourdes Rocha and Martin Lorigan, have brought together theses sixteen artists that are creating a dialogue about our land and history by means of photography, sculpture, installation, new media, drawing and painting.
