The Beach House, the private villa at Shore Club transforms into a gallery for just three days, December 5th, 6th and 7th, featuring art and installations from Swoon, Monica Canilao, Jason Jägel, Geoff McFetridge, and Andrew Schoultz presented by Chandran Gallery and Juxtapoz Magazine. The lobby to the Shore Club features Andrew Schoultz’s new work–gold bricks and bricks covered in currency–expanding upon the concept of his brick wall installation presented at the Monterey Museum of Art this past summer.
At the villa itself, Jägel and Canilao’s site-specific canoe that floats in the villa’s pool, and Swoon and Canilao have collaborated on a special work, while McFetridge has created bathrobes.
The villa is open to the public from 9:30am to 4:30pm, with a daily hotel poolside continental brunch available 9:30AM to 11:00AM (call the Shore Club, 305 695 3100 for reservations).

Guests can enter Shore Club through the main entrance and walk through the lobby to the Moroccan Garden, continue straight towards the beach where the Chandran Beach House is located on the right.
