“No Mercy for the Weak” is a print release + art show at New Image Art Gallery featuring the work of Neck Face. The show is Sept. 7-19, 2013, with an opening reception on Sept. 7 from 7 to 10pm.

Limited edition prints will be available, developed from Neck Face’s study of bar room drama in the tradition of Bukowski, Hemingway, Van Gough and Lautrec. Also featured in the show will be an altar to the Night Stalker (Richard Ramirez), one of Neck Face’s favorite inspirations, who recently died in prison.

New Image Art was founded by Marsea Goldberg in 1994. In addition to Neck Face, the gallery has launched or mobilized the careers of Shepard Fairey, Ed Templeton, Jo Jackson, Chris Johanson, Rebecca Westcott, Retna, Cleon Peterson, Faile, Tauba Auerbach, The Date Farmers, and Bäst just to name a few.
