It’s November- the month of thankfulness. Join Cartwheel Art Tours and The Wheelhouse, Bike Shop + Coffee Shop on Saturday November 19th for a Wellness by Bicycle Tour of the Arts District. We’ll celebrate our health and prepare our bodies for the upcoming feasts and festivities with some of our favorite Arts District wellness stops.

They say those who have community live longer and those who ride bicycles are happier so we’ll begin at The Wheelhouse, the local coffee shop + bike shop whose mission is to connect the community through delicious coffee and bicycles for every day life. From there, we will casually pedal our way through the Arts District, stopping at The Bridge, The Springs and Cafe Gratitude for yoga, wellness experiences, juice tastings and flights of bites.

While at The Springs, we’ll receive a tasting of house-made cold-pressed juices and select kombuchas, and a tour of their multi-faceted space that includes a plant-based restaurant, yoga studio, and wellness center.

During the tour, Cindy Schwarzstein, founder of Cartwheel Art Tours, based in the Downtown Los Angeles Arts District, will provide insight on the art, history and developments of the neighborhood.

If you have a bicycle, bring it! Don’t have a bicycle? No problem! There’s a Metro Bike Share Station right next to The Wheelhouse and Metro is sponsoring your first 30 minutes for free.

Registrations begins at 10am. Departure at 10:30am.
