Jesse Hazelip Touches Up his Mural at The Red Fort
Jesse Hazelip made the trip back to Venice Beach from New York in order to touch up his recent mural. The piece is representative of a Cockney slang term for being broke, and unfortunately due to its proximity to the ocean and exposure to sunlight the original wheat pastes he used for the animals and chariot had to be swapped out for stencils. However, the mural looks strikingly better with the newly stenciled beasts and makes much more of a statement along its massive wall space at the intersection of Pacific and Brooks.
