Art collective CYRCLE. created a special piece for Coachella Music and Arts Festival. The bottle’s artwork was sponsored by Absolut Vodka. Absolut was an early adopter of the art world, branding themselves as a supporter of the artists and arts events since 1986. From 1986 until 2004, Absolut Vodka maintained and developed a tradition of working closely with artists all around the world, including Andy Warhol and Keith Haring. The 850 artworks commissioned by Absolut Vodka were deemed an important part of Sweden’s cultural heritage and were entrusted to the care of Spritmuseum in Stockholm.

Absolut  continues this tradition of supporting the arts with CYRCLE. at Coachella. CYRCLE.’s dynamic, vital style was a perfect fit for the arts and music festival, and it was great to have them get such visibility! Say want you want about corporate sponsorship, it’s been a reality in all aspects of the arts for decades (well centuries actually–Michaelangelo had a major corporate sponsor–the Catholic Church!).  We love to see artists get the recognition they deserve, and Absolut absolutely helped raise  CYRCLE.’s visibilty, and insured their work was appreciated by thousands of people.
