Arts District Daze, a monthly event held every 3rd Saturday from 1:00pm-6:00PM, in the Downtown Los Angeles Arts District neighborhood, is happening this Saturday November 18th. Join us for special art events, exclusive menu items, sales, music and more. Arts District Daze is hosted by the Los Angeles River Artists and Business Association.

Join Steve Grody, author of “Graffiti LA: Street Styles and Art” on a walk in alleys and a genuine graffiti “yard” where walls are decorated with graffiti and street art. Some of the walls that will be viewed, are located on graffiti crew walls, where they’ve been creating productions for years, but are not usually explored by those outside of the graffiti community.
It’s on this tour where you’ll develop an understanding of the difference between street art, modern graffiti and gang writing, as well as the history of each in LA.
